This summer we welcomed long-term partners to our factory for an open day covering the complete production journey, from foam molding and precision cutting to covering, assembly and final inspection.

Guests watched live demonstrations of density testing, seam strength checks and color matching, and spent time with the quality team reviewing the inspection standards applied to every batch.

The event also gave our development team direct feedback on new shapes, softer covers and packaging ideas for the coming season. Thank you to everyone who joined us and shared their experience.
