Each year our quality team reviews every inspection record, return and customer comment from the previous twelve months. This year the review covered more than two hundred production batches.

The data showed strong results on foam density and seam strength, with room to improve on packing accuracy during peak season. New checkpoints have been added at the packing line and will be monitored monthly.

The review closes with a shared action list for design, production and shipping, so improvements are owned by named teams rather than left open.
