Our production and quality teams took part in a two-day refresher on hand-finishing PU edges, focusing on the smooth, rounded touch that parents expect from baby products.

Trainers demonstrated the correct pressure, tool angle and inspection steps, then each team member practiced on sample seats and bowls until every edge passed the touch test.

The session ended with updated work instructions posted at each station, and a follow-up audit is scheduled next month.
