Our team traveled to Tokyo for the Baby & Kids Expo, meeting specialty retailers and distributors from across Japan who are looking for soft, quiet-toned baby products.

Floor seats and feeding sets drew the most attention, especially the neutral and pastel colorways. Several partners asked for smaller packaging formats for city stores, and our development team is already reviewing those requests.

We left with a shortlist of new retail partners and a clearer picture of what young Japanese families look for in early-years products.
